The film had special opening premieres on Wednesday, which contributed ₹8 crore to its earnings. On its actual release day, Stree 2 collected approximately ₹46 crore, totaling around ₹54.35 crore. This strong debut makes it the highest-grossing film of 2024 on its opening day, surpassing Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi) and Fighter. Notably, it achieved these numbers faster than its predecessor, Stree, which took six days to reach ₹54.88 crore net in India. The film saw a 75.09% occupancy rate on its first day in Hindi.
