Accompanying Sachin Tendulkar in the VIP section were notable England cricketers Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Joe Root, and Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, all observed attending the sixth day of the prestigious tournament.

The day’s events on Centre Court began with an exciting match between Cameron Norrie and Alexander Zverev, setting the stage for the day’s lineup, which included the women’s singles match between Ons Jabeur and Elina Svitolina.

A highlight of the day was Novak Djokovic’s match. The seven-time Wimbledon champion is aiming to equal Roger Federer’s record of eight Wimbledon titles and secure his 25th Grand Slam title. In the women’s category, top seed Iga Swiatek was scheduled to face a player known for her unique on-court persona, describing herself as a “gangster” during play and an “angel” off the court.

Djokovic, who comfortably won his opening match, faced a tougher challenge in the second round against Jacob Fearnley, a British player and recent college tennis competitor in the United States. Fearnley’s performance, taking Djokovic to four sets, highlighted his potential and the competitive nature of the tournament.
