Suryakumar Yadav has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing two adjacent luxury flats in Mumbai’s premium residential project, Godrej Sky Terraces. As per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the transaction was finalized on March 21, 2025.

The cricketer’s new purchases cover a total 4,222.7 sq. ft. of carpet area and an aggregate built-up area of over 4,568 sq. ft. The transaction also covers six car parking allotments.

The transaction brought with it a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and a registration charge of ₹30,000, according to official data.

As per Square Yards Data Intelligence, Godrej Sky Terraces project, which is sprawling over 1.05 acres, has 3 BHK and 4 BHK plans. In the period from March 2024 to February 2025, the project sold 25 properties worth ₹202 crore at an average price of ₹52,433 per sq. ft.
