The first match of the three-day ODI series between India and Australia will be played from tomorrow at the IS Bindra International Cricket Stadium in Mohali. For this, both the teams have reached Chandigarh and are staying at The Lalit hotel located in IT Park, Chandigarh. Elaborate arrangements have been made for their security.
Both India and Australia teams will reach the stadium today and practice. The Australian team will practice cricket from 1:00 pm and the Indian team will practice cricket from 5:00 pm. For this, local players will make them practice on the net.
There is also prediction of rain in the India-Australia ODI match to be held on Friday. As the Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula on Friday. For the last several days, the Tricity was kept in the isolation zone by the Meteorological Department. But there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning on Friday.
India will field against Australia without the Indian cricket team’s star player Virat Kohli, captain Rohit Sharma and vice-captain Hardik Pandya. Cricket fans will definitely be disappointed by this. But the fans want to see the Indian team winning this match. This is the first match of the 3 matches between India and Australia.
Due to Punjab Cricket Association Stadium not hosting even a single match in the World Cup, some changes have now been made in the stadium. In this, the dressing room of the players has been upgraded.
