Imran Khan claims 7,000 PTI members jailed in party ban attempt

On Monday, according to former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, approximately 7,000 PTI leaders, workers, and women have been imprisoned as part of a strategy to outlaw the PTI party.

Khan expressed his concerns by stating, “Instead of conducting investigations to determine the individuals responsible for the arson attack on a government building or the deaths of numerous unarmed protesters from gunshot wounds, approximately 7,000 PTI members, including leaders and women, have been detained with intentions to prohibit the country’s largest and sole federal party.”

Khan also raised apprehensions about the collaboration between these troublemakers and our security agencies, who are allegedly assisting them in seizing control of the Supreme Court and undermining the constitution.

In light of this situation, the PTI chief urged all citizens to prepare for peaceful protests, emphasizing that the destruction of the constitution and the Supreme Court would mark the demise of Pakistan’s aspirations.
