The makers of the upcoming Hindi version of the famous Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’ starring Akshay Kumar have announced the film’s title and official release date.
The Hindi version of ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is titled ‘Sarfira’.

Taking to Instagram, Akshay shared a short teaser of the film which he captioned, “Dream so Big, they call you Crazy! #Sarfira releasing only in cinemas on 12th July, 2024.”

The film is slated to hit theaters on July 12, 2024.
The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and Seema Biswas in significant roles.
Sarfira is an intriguing story set in the world of startups and aviation that is sure to encourage the average person to dream big and achieve their aspirations even if the rest of the world deems them crazy.

Sarfira is produced by Aruna Bhatia (Cape of Good Films), South celebrities Suriya and Jyotika (2D Entertainment), and Vikram Malhotra. It was written by Sudha and Shalini Ushadevi, with language by Pooja Tolani, and is a G.V. Prakash Kumar musical.

Suriya, a South actor, played the lead in ‘Soorarai Pottru’ and will make a guest appearance in ‘Sarfira’.
Aside from that, he will appear in the action thriller film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ starring Tiger Shroff, which will be released in theaters on Eid 2024.
He will also reunite with Riteish Deshmukh for the fifth installment of his popular comedy franchise, ‘Housefull’.
