At least four schools received bomb threats via email in the morning on Monday in Jaipur, Rajasthan, according to police. They stated that police teams, bomb squads, and dog squads had arrived at the schools and that all students and staff have been evacuated.
Some schools in Jaipur have received bomb threats through email. Law enforcement agencies, along with the bomb disposal squad, have arrived at the school premises, and an ongoing search operation is underway. DCP East Jaipur Kavendra Sagar stated,
“Threatening emails have been directed at several schools in the city, including Maheshwari School (MPS International School). At present, the bomb disposal squad is conducting searches within the school.”
