IPL 2024 Final: KKR owner Shah Rukh Khan exuded joy as the Knight Riders clinched their third Indian Premier League title in Chennai. Celebrating alongside his daughter Suhana and sons AbRam and Aryan at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Shah Rukh wasted no time in joining the team’s jubilant celebrations after their remarkable victory in the final.

In a touching moment, Shah Rukh Khan kissed mentor Gautam Gambhir on the forehead, acknowledging the former India opener’s significant role as the team’s mentor in the triumphant season. Shreyas Iyer, under Gambhir’s guidance, led KKR to their long-awaited title, following in the footsteps of the former captain.

The KKR camp buzzed with excitement as Gambhir lifted Sunil Narine, showcasing rare smiles for the TV cameras. Gambhir’s influence was evident as Narine emerged as the Most Valuable Player of the 2024 season, showcasing exceptional performances with both bat and ball.

Shah Rukh Khan shared a warm embrace with fast bowler Mitchell Starc, their notable signing in IPL history, acknowledging Starc’s impactful performances, particularly in crucial matches. Starc’s significant contributions with five wickets in the Qualifier and final played a pivotal role in KKR’s success.

Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan expressed gratitude towards head coach Chandrakant Pandit, sharing a heartfelt embrace along the boundary rope in Chennai. Taking a victory lap around the stadium, Shah Rukh delighted fans with his trademark pose and showered flying kisses, stealing the spotlight in KKR’s victorious celebrations.

For Shah Rukh Khan fans and the superstar himself, his presence in the final was a relief after his recent recovery from dehydration in Ahmedabad. Shah Rukh was hospitalized following KKR’s Qualifier 1 win but rejoined the team to witness their championship triumph.
