As both Delhi and Gurugram are classified as having “severe” air pollution, the quality of the air has deteriorated to dangerous levels. These values are more than 26 times higher than the WHO’s standard. Residents are really concerned about this environmental catastrophe because they are now dealing with heavy pollution.
In the midst of this crisis, residents of Gurugram have shared chilling images of luxury flats, particularly those worth over 100 crore, completely obscured by smog. The smog was so dense that these expensive properties were nearly invisible from a distance, drawing attention to the harsh reality of air pollution.
A user on X (formerly Twitter) pointed out, “Can you see the 100 cr flats? Pollution is a social equaliser.” This remark highlights the fact that no matter the wealth, the air quality crisis affects everyone.
