Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was on a tour of Rajasthan on Wednesday. During this visit, he participated in the grand feast celebration of Shri Shri 1008 Shri Brahmaleen Ayas Ji Shri Yogi Kailashnath Ji Maharaj in Jodhpur.
Addressing the public gathering here, the Chief Minister said that there is a long tradition of saints here who have shown us the path of living. We need to have a direct view of the real values of Sanatan Dharma.
CM Yogi further said that there is only one religion, and that is Sanatan Dharma. Everything else is a sect or denomination.
While narrating an incident, he said, “I remember that in 2017, when I was made the Chief Minister, I had said that I would celebrate Diwali only in Ayodhya. However, people told me, ‘What are you saying? This can create an unfavourable atmosphere for you.’
After that, we said that we are going to the feet of the Lord, let whoever say whatever.”
The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh revealed that at that time, we had said that we would go to Ayodhya and celebrate Diwali only in Ayodhya. Today, you are witnessing the Diwali festival here.
It has become a grand festival of the world.
Therefore, there should be determination. In Ayodhya, the construction of the magnificent temple of Lord Ram is underway.
Its inauguration will be done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After 500 years, Lord Ram is going to be enshrined in his temple.
