During their safari, the visitors encountered a sizable hippopotamus that, instead of being calm, became disturbed and began to pursue the vehicle. The apprehension increased quickly as the hippo closed in on the vehicle, opening its massive mouth and coming perilously close to the tracker’s seat.
In a breathtaking moment, it looked as though the hippo might bite the vehicle. Nevertheless, the driver’s quick thinking prevented catastrophe. The video, posted by the YouTube channel Latest Sightings, captures the intense chase and the close escape. It has gone viral with more than 40,000 views and various reactions from viewers.
