Royal Enfield has officially launched the much-anticipated Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 at an event held in Barcelona, Spain. This new model is available in three variants with prices starting from Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The Guerrilla 450 is built on the same platform as the Himalayan 450 and is equipped with the Sherpa 450 cc engine. The variant-wise prices are: Analogue – Rs 2.39 lakh, Dash – Rs 2.49 lakh, and Flash – Rs 2.54 lakh (all ex-showroom prices).

In terms of design, the Guerrilla 450 stands out with its modern-retro roadster theme. It features a round headlamp, a swooped-up seat, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and a slim tail section, distinguishing it from other Royal Enfield models. The bike is built on a steel tubular frame and has 43 mm telescopic front forks with 140 mm travel, along with a mono-shock setup at the rear offering 150 mm travel.

The Guerrilla 450 comes with 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with 120/70 section tyres at the front and 160/60 section tyres at the rear. The braking system includes a 310 mm ventilated disc with a double-piston caliper at the front and a 270 mm ventilated disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear.

In terms of dimensions, the Guerrilla 450 measures 2090 mm in length, 833 mm in width, 1125 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 1440 mm. The seat height is 780 mm, and it has a fuel tank capacity of 11 litres. The bike weighs 186 kg with fuel and oil. Key features include LED headlights, LED indicators, LED taillights, a 4.0-inch round TFT display with phone connectivity, full map navigation by Google Maps, media controls, dual-channel ABS, and a USB Type-C port.

Powering the Guerrilla 450 is a liquid-cooled 452 cc single-cylinder, DOHC engine that produces 40.02 PS at 8000 RPM and 40 NM of torque at 5500 RPM. This engine is paired with a speed gearbox and features a slip and assist clutch. The same engine is also used in the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
