The Mohali situated headquarters of Punjab Police’s intelligence wing got attacked on Monday evening. The front side of the intelligence headquarters got affected as windowpanes broke.
The buzz is that a rocket launcher was used to attack the office. With this, the third floor of Mohali intelligence headquarters got affected.
As per a press communique released by the police, a minor explosion was reported at the Punjab Police Intelligence Headquarters in Sector 77, SAS Nagar at around 7:45 PM. No damage has been reported. Senior officers are on the spot and investigation is being done. Forensic teams have been called, the press statement said.
