Puts a rest to the rumors on couple welcoming their baby in the USA!
An accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist and wife of the popular actor Ram Charan, Upasana Kamineni Konidela is all set to welcome their first baby in India. The couple announced their first pregnancy back in December, last year.
Upasna, who is also the Vice Chairperson of CSR at Apollo Hospitals, is excited to have her delivery in her home country under the care of the hospital staff she has known for years.
After the appearance of RRR actor on a famous news show “Good Morning America,” rumors started swirling that the couple might be planning to welcome their firstborn in the USA.
However, Upasna recently took to her Twitter to clarify that their firstborn delivery will be taking place in India.
While expressing her enthusiasm for this new phase of life, Upasana penned down, “I am thrilled to have our first baby delivered in our home country – India, surrounded by a world class medical OB/GYN team at The Apollo Hospitals, including Dr Sumana Manohar, Dr Rooma Sinha and now Dr Jennifer Ashton from the Good Morning America Show.”
“This journey holds many exciting experiences for us and we look forward to this new phase in our lives with great anticipation,” she added.
At the Apollo hospitals, the OB/GYN team which consist of Dr Sumana Manohar, Dr Rooma Sinha, and Dr Jennifer Ashton, a Board-certified Ob-Gyn, author and TV medical correspondent from the USA will be a part of the couple’s delivery team.
