In a significant related to Pune’s Porsche crash, Pune’s local court has recently sent both the teen’s father and grandfather to 14-day judicial custody on Friday.
Additionally, the Pune Police Crime Branch has filed a production application for the teenager’s father, incorporating charges under Section 120B in the first FIR.
The same FIR has led to the arrest of both a doctor and a staffer for blood tampering, and they are currently in police custody.
Earlier, the Pune District Court had sent both grandfather and father to police custody till May 31 in the porsche case.
Furthermore, the Pune police commissioner Amitesh Kumar has earlier announced, that efforts are being made to try the accused as an adult.
He has also confirmed that efforts are being made to frame the person, who was employed to drive the Porsche, in the aftermath of the accident.
The police are currently investigating his statement.
Previously, driver Gangadhar filed a complaint with the police, claiming he was held against his will in the minor’s home on May 19, after returning from the Yerwada police station.
Allegedly, both grandfather and father threatened the driver, snatched his phone and tried to force him to take responsibility of the incident.
