Sahitya Kalash Publication Patiala organized a national-level program featuring a poetry seminar and the recognition of literary achievements. During the event, two poetry collections and 17 original books were unveiled, and seven distinguished litterateurs, including senior figure Prem Vij, were acknowledged for their significant contributions to literature.
The honourees comprised Prem Vij, Bal Krishna Gupta Sagar, singer Ashu Singh, Trilok Singh Dhillon, Dr. Pratibha Mahi, Dr. Pradyuman Bhalla, and Rakesh Bains. Sagar Sood Sanjay, the organization’s founder, and the award presenters expressed their appreciation by presenting cash, coconut, pearl necklaces, gifts, and shawls to Prem Vij.
Prem Vij, a renowned literary figure, has authored 20 books spanning various genres in Hindi. His works and persona have been subjects of research by four universities. Prem Vij has received numerous national and international accolades, including recognition from the Punjab Government, Language Department Punjab, and Chandigarh Sahitya Academy.
