The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) Chandigarh Chapter, along with the Media Federation of India, is set to organize a special seminar and its 5th annual awards ceremony in March.
A meeting of the Executive Committee of PRCI Chandigarh Chapter took place at the UT Guest House, Chandigarh on Monday, chaired by Dr. Rupesh Singh, the Chapter Chairman, and attended by other office bearers.
PRCI and the Media Federation of India host an annual awards ceremony to honor individuals who have made noteworthy contributions in various fields. The federation has successfully organized four annual functions thus far.
The previous awards ceremony had Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya as the chief guest. This year’s event will not only include the annual awards ceremony but also feature a special seminar with participation from experts in the field of Public Relations.
During the meeting, it was decided to extend invitations to Public Relations Officers of Haryana and Punjab for the program. The seminar is expected to play a significant role in enhancing efficiency in their work.
The attendees at the meeting included PRCI North Vice President Renuka Salwan, Senior Vice President Charanjit Singh, PRCI Joint Secretary P. Malik, Joint Secretary Gurmeet Singh Khaira, Treasurer Pavitra Singh, Executive Member Daniel Banerjee, and Member Tarun Goswami.
