Prada, known for its avant-garde designs, has once again sparked conversation, but this time it’s attracting more amusement than admiration. The luxury brand’s newest men’s tote bag has drawn comparisons to the grimy industrial flooring often seen on Indian trains and buses.
The metallic tote, featuring a hot-stamped leather motif, deviates from Prada’s typical design aesthetic. Despite its minimalist look, complete with a dust bag and a compartment for a water bottle, online users were quick to point out its similarity to public transport floors. The hefty price tag of Rs. 2.7 Lakh has further fueled debates, with many questioning whether the bag is a bold fashion statement or a curious design misstep.
