Criticizing the decision to order a CID probe, BJP chief spokesperson Randhir Sharma commented, “The government is not concerned about the development of the state. Its only concern seems to be the Chief Minister’s Samosa.” Furthermore, Sharma mentioned that the incident had embarrassed the government, raising questions about coordination in programs involving VVIPs like the Chief Minister.
