Mohan Yadav: “We Will Make Madhya Pradesh No-1 State”

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Tuesday, stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have pledged ongoing support for the state’s development, aiming to elevate Madhya Pradesh to the top spot among Indian states.

“Madhya Pradesh government is working in all sectors so that the state moves step by step. Among many states, Madhya Pradesh is the state which has gained good momentum and we will give good results in it. For example, Agriculture, tourism etc. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured us that under no circumstances any of the schemes of the Madhya Pradesh government will not be compromised. The same Union Home Minister Shah too assured me that our government is working in a good manner. We will work at the same pace and make Madhya Pradesh no-1 state,” ANI quoted MP CM.

Chief Minister Yadav of Madhya Pradesh met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Parliament House on Tuesday.

“Today I had a courtesy meeting with the Honorable Union Minister of Home and Cooperation, Shri @AmitShah ji at Parliament House, New Delhi,” Mohan Yadav said on X.

This marks his second meeting with Amit Shah within a week. On June 20, he met with both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah in New Delhi.

Following the meeting with the Prime Minister, an official statement indicated that the Chief Minister briefed Modi on the current progress of two river-linking projects underway in the state. He extended an invitation to Modi to inaugurate the Ken-Betwa River linking project. Additionally, the state government is progressing with plans to interlink the Parvati, Kalisingh, and Chambal rivers. The chief minister also updated the PM on the implementation of various welfare schemes in Madhya Pradesh, according to the press release.
