Lalu’s Family Looted Bihar, No Agenda: Dy CM Samrat Chaudhary

Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Chaudhary, criticized Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). He said that Tejashwi’s father, Lalu Yadav, has faced many defeats under Nitish Kumar’s leadership. As a result, Tejashwi is struggling to accept these losses.

Chaudhary Praises BJP’s Continued Success

Chaudhary responded to Tejashwi’s statement about the BJP’s recent bypoll win. He said, “Lalu Yadav has faced so many defeats under Nitish Kumar that Tejashwi cannot bear it. Since 2005, PM Modi and CM Nitish have been defeating RJD. This will continue. Lalu’s family has no agenda, only looted Bihar.”

Chaudhary also highlighted the success of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the recent Bihar bypolls. The NDA retained the Imamganj seat and won Tarari, Ramgarh, and Belaganj from the INDIA bloc.

Sinha Attacks Congress and INDIA Alliance

Vijay Kumar Sinha, the other Deputy CM of Bihar, attacked Congress and the INDIA alliance. He accused them of being power-hungry. “Some people are addicted to power. They will compromise anything to stay in it. This mindset is present in Congress and the INDIA alliance. We need to change it in states like West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Kerala,” Sinha stated.

Tejashwi Yadav Stays Optimistic About 2025 Elections

Despite the by-election losses, Tejashwi Yadav is confident about the 2025 assembly elections. He believes the Mahagathbandhan will form the next government in Bihar.

Tejashwi also pointed to RJD’s strong performance in Jharkhand, where the party won four seats. He congratulated Hemant Soren, the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, for his victory. “We won four seats in Jharkhand and narrowly lost one or two. Hemant Soren has won with a huge majority. We thank him,” Tejashwi said.

RJD Focuses on Future Success

Tejashwi also discussed the Bihar by-elections. “We won all four Lok Sabha seats where elections were held. We lost the 2024 bypolls, but we will win in 2025. A grand alliance government will form in Bihar in 2025. After Jharkhand, it is Bihar’s turn. We will make sure an NDA government does not form here,” he stated.

Tejashwi remains confident that RJD will overcome the setbacks and challenge the NDA in the upcoming elections.
