Kejriwal explained that tenants have been excluded from the existing free electricity and water schemes. He highlighted that tenants are an essential part of Delhi’s population and should be included in these benefits.

The party is aiming for a third consecutive term, focusing on its welfare programs, including free utilities and better public services as key accomplishments.
