The political scenario in Haryana is buzzing with activity in anticipation of the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections, leading political parties to gather in rallies. Currently, the SRK (S.R.K) group of Congress is making headlines with their Jan Sampark Yatra. Congress leaders, Randeep Surjewala, Kiran Choudhary, and Kumari Shailja, are vigorously targeting the BJP in these rallies. The Congress Jan Sampark Yatra reached Sirsa on Saturday, where Congress General Secretary and Uttarakhand in-charge Kumari Shailja took a strong stance against the BJP. During this event, Shailja expressed her desire to contest in the Vidhan Sabha elections, while the decision to contest in the Lok Sabha elections has not been made yet.
Shailja stated that it remains to be seen whether the Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha elections will be held together, but this time her inclination is towards contesting in the Vidhan Sabha elections; however, the final decision will be taken by the high command. Addressing questions about factionalism within Congress, Shailja mentioned that Congress is like an ocean, and everyone is working in their own way to strengthen the party. She emphasized that every individual is working hard for the organization, striving for their respective space and impact within the party and their regions.
