Addressing a mammoth gathering of ‘Parshuram Mahakumbh’ here on Sunday Member of Parliament Kartikeya Sharma said that India is progressing by leaps and bounds because of the visionary leadership of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He also added that in Haryana too, the state has got another visionary leader in the Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar who has given the state a futuristic direction with the buzzword of ‘Ek Haryana, Ek Haryanvi’.
‘Parshuram Mahakumbh’ is a congregation of Brahmins and other 36 fraternities in the state of Haryana.
The young MP said that the country must feel proud of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. “It is a matter of pride that we are working under these two visionary leaders who are not only giving a clear direction to the nation and state respectively, but also have a clear futuristic vision.”
“Few months ago, I was attending a conference of parliamentarians in Uganda. When I told them that India has been running the biggest food security programme in the world and people are getting free food for the last 28 months, they refused to believe me. When I told them that during the Covid period, as many as 200 crore of vaccinations were doled out gratis ….they again refused to believe me. The objective to mention this is that gigantic work is happening in today’s India with the leadership of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
“The fact is that India is moving ahead, and world has started recognising that,” Kartikeya Sharma said, adding that our passport did not have much value earlier, but now people look at our blue passport with respect and dignity.
At the state level, the CM Manohar Lal has brought a sense of purpose and objective to people’s issues. “They are all with the sole objective of benefitting common people,” he said.
