Plea moved for maintainability of Lord Sheshnag’s suit in Lucknow court seeking possession of Teele Wali Masjid premises

The Allahabad High Court in the case Maulana Syed Shah Fazlul Mannan vs. Lord Sheshnagesht Teeleshwar Mahadev Virajman,Lko. Thru. Friend Dr. V.K. Srivastava And 8 Others observed wherein the court was hearing a plea moved before the Lucknow Court seeking possession of the City’s Teele Wali Masjid Premises.
In the present case, the suit was pending before the Lucknow Civil Court which is filed by Lord Sheshnagesht Teeleshwar Mahadev Virajman in the year 2013 by through a friend Dr VK Srivastava, wherein it is contended that during the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb’s rein, the Hindu religious structure was being demolished to make way for the Teele Wala mosque and thus, the said premises are now to be handed over to the deity (the Lord Sheshnagesht Teeleshwar Mahadev Virajman).
It also being the case of the plaintiff-Deity that the Teele Wali Masjid is actually Laxaman Tila and it was being converted into a mosque during Mughal Rule. Thus, the suit filed also claimed that the Tileshwar temple exists inside the mosque and that the entire temple being inside the mosque and that the entire complex is the place of Sheshnag Dudheshwar Mahadev. Thus, the suit filed also prayed for worshipping rights inside the complex.
It has also been held by the Civil Judge, the Senior Division, Lucknow, in the year 2017 that the suit is to be maintainable wherein turning down an Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure petition of the Masjid parties. Thus, the revision plea filed against the said order was also dismissed by the ADJ’s Court, wherein the court challenged both these orders. The Masjid Side has moved the High Court (who in the case is Represented by Maulana Syed Shah Fazlul Mannan).
