Former Member of Parliament and senior Congress leader, Pawan Kumar Bansal, paid a visit to the Sector 15 Book Market to address the longstanding concerns raised by the shopkeepers. The shopkeepers, who have been operating their establishments for 15-20 years, expressed their gratitude for Bansal’s support during his previous tenure and highlighted the need for attention to their evolving requirements in the current administration.

The shopkeepers brought forward various challenges, including the absence of ownership rights for their shops, inadequate infrastructure, and the changing dynamics of book sales in the digital age.
