An armed Pakistani intruder has been neutralized by the Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday morning in Punjab’s Gurdaspur sector from across the border.
Meanwhile, the intruder was observed by BSF’s troops under Border Outpost Channa of Gurdaspur Sector at around 8:30 am and when he kept moving the BSF neutralized him.
“Today at about 0830 hrs, BSF troops of BOP Channa of Gurdaspur Sector observed suspected movement of an armed Pak intruder ahead of B S Fence who was approaching B S Fence from Pak side. The suspected intruder was challenged and neutralized by BSF troops,” BSF stated.
During the morning hours of Tuesday, a suspicious movement of a Pakistani armed miscreant was observed by the Border Security Force troops ahead of Border fencing.
Moreover, the intruder was asked to stop but he continued moving ahead and later BSF troops fired upon the miscreant in self-defense, and on the spot, the intruder died.
Earlier on Monday, 22 Pakistani fishermen seized 79 fishing boats and were apprehended in Gujarat’s Bhuj sector in 2022.
However, the BSF neutralized the Pakistani intruder a day after a Pakistani drone was shot down with a consignment of approximately 1 kg of Heroin in Punjab’s Gurdaspur sector.
