Former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mian Saqib Nisar said on Friday that he had filed a complaint with the Cyber Crimes Wing of Federal Investigation Agency to recover his ‘hacked’ WhatsApp account.

The complaint was filed ‘online’ by his son, with the Cyber Crime Wing, the ex-CJP infromed. He further added that the FIA had not registered the case on his son’s complaint so far nor did the investigation agency acknowledge the filing of the complaint.

He alleged that the FIA had not contacted his son after the filing of the complaint. Nisar responded negatively when asked if the hacker had leaked any information from his personal chat.

The former CJP stated that the hacker’s identity had not yet been confirmed and that he was unaware of his future actions. A local channel of the country reported while quoting Nisar, “My WhatsApp has been hacked for two days and it has not been recovered so far. It is apprehended that my mobile data can be used for some specific purpose. Those who have hacked my mobile will face humiliation.”
