The seventh edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, an annual interactive session with students by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, commenced its journey with a vibrant Painting Competition held on January 23, 2024, at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector-31, Chandigarh. The competition, organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti, was conducted in the spirit of Prakaram Diwas.

A total of 100 students from classes IX to XII participated in the competition. Among them, 10 students each represented Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector-31 and Kendriya Vidyalaya-47, 10 students were from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, and the remaining 70 students hailed from 14 schools across the Union Territory, Chandigarh.

The Painting Competition centred on the principles outlined in the “Exam Warriors” book authored by the Prime Minister, focusing on themes such as Chandrayan, the sporting success of India, and more. These topics aimed to portray examinations as a celebration of life, embodying the essence of an Utsav of Life.

The panel of judges for the event included Ms. Kuldip Kaur, Mr. Madanlal, and Mr. Sanjeev Arora. The best five students were honoured with certificates and books based on the lives and sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Rest of the ninety five students were given digital certificates and ‘Exam Warriors’ book authored by the Prime Minister.
