Over 40 school children sustained injuries when a Haryana Roadways bus overturned near Naulta village in Panchkula district on Monday morning. The injured students were promptly transported to Pinjore Hospital and Sector 6 Civil Hospital in Panchkula for medical treatment. Additionally, one woman injured in the accident was referred to PGI Chandigarh for further care.

Authorities attribute the cause of the accident to over-speeding, excess passengers onboard the bus, and the poor condition of the road. The incident occurred near Naulta village in Pinjore.
