In the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by many wrestlers, a Delhi court on Thursday granted regular bail to departing Wrestling Federation of India President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and the Federation’s assistant secretary Vinod Tomar Singh.
While granting the bail petition on Thursday, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Harjeet Singh Jaspal ordered the accused to post a personal bail bond of Rs 25,000 apiece.
The Court also set many bail conditions, including that the accused not directly or indirectly persuade the complainants or witnesses and not leave the country without the court’s consent.
