Whole Chandigarh became  ‘Rammay today’, says former MP

Satya Pal Jain, former MP of Chandigarh and Additional Solicitor General of the Government of India, has said that today on the auspicious occasion of ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Lord Ram in Ayodhya, the manner and the large scale on which the celebrations were held in Chandigarh and various programs were organised, it has become quite clear that the people of the country have full faith in Lord Ram and today the whole of Chandigarh became “Rammay”.

Jain today participated in functions organized by various organizations in different parts of Chandigarh and watched the broadcast live from Ayodhya along with his entire family.
Jain participated in the Havan Yagya organized at Vendors Market in Sector 15 in the morning.

After that he went to the program organized by “Shri Ram Utsav Committee” in Grain Market Sector 26 where he was honored with a momento.

Thereafter he participated in the program organized by “Ramlila Committee” in Sector 27-D and took blessings of the sadhus present on the stage. Shri Jain later participated in the program “Ghar Aaye Ram Ji” organized in Sector 22B where he was honored with a momento.

Jain said that he considers himself fortunate that he got the opportunity to go to both the car sewas in 1989 and 1992 for the construction of Ram Temple and to represent the BJP as a lawyer in the Ayodhya Inquiry Commission for 14 years and today he saw the “Pran Pratistha” of Lord Ram in Ayodhya with his own eyes.
