West Bengal CM Banerjee expresses grief over demise of PM Modi’s mother

Over the demise of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother, Heeraben West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee expressed condolences on Friday. Taking to Twitter Banerjee said, “Condolences to PM Narendra Modi Ji on the passing away of his mother, Heeraben Modi. I pray that her soul rests in peace. In this hour of grief, I hope that he and his family members find strength.” In Gandhinagar PM Modi, performed the last rites of his mother. However, at the age of 100 PM Modi’s mother Heeraben Modi passed away at around 3:30 am at the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in Ahmedabad.
