We will write new story of economic progress: CM Bhajan Lal

While reacting to the interim budget presented in the assembly, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said, “Keeping in mind the hopes and aspirations of the public, our government has presented the Budget 2024-25 (Vote on Account). In this, as per the wish of the illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi, big gifts have been given to all sections including women, farmers, students, businessmen and employees.”
He said that we have accepted the resolution letter as a policy document of the state government. This vote on account is important towards fulfilling the promises of the resolution paper.
The Chief Minister said, “This Vote on Account has also been a challenge for the government because due to the decisions of the previous government, the debt burden on the state has doubled. Our government will write a new story of the economic progress of the state with wisdom, foresight and efficient financial management.”

“The budget will prove to be a realization of the dream of Suraj Sankalp of the state government and will take the state forward on the path of development and progress. Keeping ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Effort and Sabka Welfare’ at the centre, concrete initiatives have been taken in this budget to provide ample relief to every person standing at the last mile” Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma .
