An accused veteran gun supplier was detained by the Special Task Force (STF) of West Bengal at the Dum Dum Cantonment train station.
The man detained on Monday evening has been identified by the STF police as 55-year-old Tapan Saha, a resident of Habra Manasabari in West Bengal. An official statement claimed that they also seized two makeshift “one shotter” weapons and two 7mm semi-automatic pistols from the custody of this alleged veteran arms supplier.
Additionally, it stated that Saha had a case filed against him at the Dum Dum Government Railway Police Station.
