In Central America one of the most active volcanoes named Fuego — Spanish for fire – has erupted again, spewing lava and ash in Guatemala City on Sunday. Toward Guatemala City, 35 kilometers (22 miles) away winds carried the ash. Due to the volcano eruption, La Aurora international airport was temporarily closed in mid-morning. As a precaution, a road that connects southern and central Guatemala was closed. However, every four to five years on average Fuego erupts.
