Vivek Venkataswamy resigns from BJP, joins Congress

In front of AICC former president Rahul Gandhi, former Peddapalli constituency MP Vivek Venkataswamy tendered his resignation and joined the Congress, dealing a serious blow to the Bhartiya Janata party. BJP National Executive Board member Vivek Venkatswamy announced his decision to leave the party in a letter to Telangana BJP state in-charge G Kishan Reddy. The former BJP MP told reporters, “The BRS works for their family and not for the people.” Therefore, everyone must work together to remove CM KCR from office. Tickets don’t matter. I will work in accordance with the party’s decision, regardless of it.” Revanth Reddy, the president of TPCC, told reporters that he was delighted to see Vivek Venkataswamy join the Congress party.
