A 32-year-old man tragically died after experiencing a severe headache while at a gym in Varanasi on Wednesday. The man, identified as Deepak Gupta, was captured on CCTV holding his head. Bystanders quickly came to his aid, helping him sit up and offering him water as he appeared to be trembling.
Gupta, who had been a committed gym-goer for the past ten years and frequently participated in fitness competitions, was promptly taken to a medical facility.
However, upon arrival, doctors pronounced him dead.
