Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath actively participated in an event organized by the Uttar Pradesh government in collaboration with the Japanese Embassy. The event served as a platform for critical dialogues between the state government and the Japan Embassy about emerging opportunities. Notable dignitaries, including Ambassador of Japan Hiroshi Suzuki and Political Counsellor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Kentaro Orita, among others, were also present at the event.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government, under Yogi Adityanath’s leadership, sanctioned an initiative to grant family travel passes to contractual employees of the Transport Corporation, marking a strategic move aimed at bolstering the state’s transportation network.
The decision received an enthusiastic response from the employees, symbolizing a significant development in their benefits. This decision was approved at a Board of Directors meeting on October 18, presided over by the Transport Corporation’s principal secretary. Following the meeting, an official communication formally endorsing the decision was issued.
Consequently, the Board of Directors has directed the implementation of this benefit for contractual employees. All regional managers, service managers, and assistant regional managers have received letters outlining the instructions for incorporating this travel pass system, ensuring its prompt execution within the corporation, reported ANI.
