US Under Secretary encounters waterlogging in meeting with FS

US Under Secretary Uzra Zeya, responsible for Civilian Security and Human Rights, was in the capital for three days. She met with Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra at the South Block on Monday. Typically, the Under Secretary shares updates about her meetings with Indian delegates on Twitter. After her meeting with the Foreign Secretary, she tweeted a picture of the South Block building next to a ground flooded with rainwater. While she expressed satisfaction and gratitude towards the Indian officials after the meeting, she did not neglect to post about the waterlogged condition of Lutyens’ Delhi.
