Similar incidents like the Delhi girl dragged under a car continues. Another horror incident has come to light in Uttar Pradesh where a woman riding a scooter was hit by a truck that dragged her body for 3 km. The accident occurred took place in Mawai Buzurg village of Banda district.
According to the reports, the scooter was burnt to ashes when the truck caught fire as the woman’s body got stuck. The victim is identified as Pushpa who worked as a clerk at a university.
The truck reportedly had no breaks. Several passersby tried to stop the driver but the driver did not stop. Currently, The police are trying to get out the victim’s body.
Mishra said, “Her vehicle got stuck in the truck, but the driver continued to drive for about three and a half kilometers. Due to friction, a fire broke out in the front part of the truck. Following which the driver fled leaving the vehicle behind.”
