Underworld don Dawood’s henchman Riyaz Bhati arrested

Riyaz Bhati, an absconder involved in more than a dozen cases, was finally arrested by the Anti-Extortion Cell of the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police. Salim Qureshi, also known as Salim Fruitwala, was arrested in Andheri for extorting a trader for several weeks.
A case of extortion and threatening to kill has been filed against Bhati.
According to the information received from the police by The Daily Guardian, a businessman lodged a case against Riyaz and Chhota Shakeel’s relative Salim in the Versova police station for threatening to kill them and extorting lakhs of rupees, after which the police laid a trap and arrested Bhati and Salim.
Riyaz is a notorious criminal who has identified himself as a synonym for Dawood in Mumbai. The offences of extortion, extortion, extortion, forgery, and firing are charged against Bhati.
Not only this, Bhati is also accused of running away from the country by getting a fake passport made twice. Riyaz Bhati also came into the limelight last year in the Parambir Singh case, a co-accused with Sachin Vaje and Singh in a case accusing them of extortion from a hotel owner. Riyaz’s wife has also filed a case against Riyaz at Santkaruj Police Station. Riyaz is also accused of taking possession of the Golden Tobacco Company’s flat in Jahu.
According to the information received by the Guardian, the Mumbai Police and the Government of Maharashtra have made up their mind to get it done under MCOCA.
Riyaz Kee, who has been absconding for more than a year, is being seen as the last nail in Dawood’s coffin.
