On Wednesday night near Paprenda Road in the Banda district of Uttar Pradesh, two SUVs crashed into a tree as they attempted to pass each other, tragically resulting in five fatalities and six injuries. The automobiles were leaving a wedding reception, according to District Magistrate Deepa Ranjan. The CMS (Centre for Medicare & Medical Services) has been asked to assist the surviving family members, and the administration has been told to better care for the injured. The injured were taken to the district hospital in the neighbouring Banda district for care while the deceased’s bodies were sent for a post-mortem. Ordinary law and order prevail in the city.
