Today in Rajya Sabha, FM Sitharaman will deliver Supplemental Demands for Grants for J&K.

The Supplemental Demands for Grants in respect of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for 2022–2023 will be presented to the Rajya Sabha by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today.
As BJP leaders requested Rahul Gandhi issue an apology for his address in London, both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were suspended on Monday and won’t reconvene until 11 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the records, the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha both have close to nine bills that need to be passed.

In the upcoming session, the government may introduce the eagerly anticipated “Personal Data Protection Bill.”
The Inter-State River Water Disputes (Amendment) Bill, 2019, the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Third Amendment) Bill, 2022, and the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2022 are among the bills that are still pending in the Rajya Sabha.

The Tamil Nadu Legislative Council (Repeal) Bill, the Readjustment of Representation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies (Third) Bill, the Delhi Rent (Repeal) Bill, and the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Bill are among the bills that are still pending for passage and have not been subjected to any parliamentary scrutiny.
The Rajya Sabha’s business was interrupted on Monday as the House adjourned for the day amid commotion over Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s comments about Indian democracy made in London. The government demanded Gandhi’s apology, while the Opposition party objected to the rulings.

The Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar declared the second adjournment of the House after the members of the treasury benches and the Opposition persisted in yelling insults at one another and making a commotion.
