Three bikers killed as a speeding truck collided with the motorbike

A devastating accident in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir claimed the lives of three bikers as a speeding truck collided with the motorbike they were riding on.
Authorities reported that the fatal collision occurred late last night near Garnai on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway. The victims, three youths hailing from Doda district, were en route from Doda to Jammu when tragedy struck.The impact of the collision inflicted critical injuries on the riders, resulting in the immediate demise of two individuals at the scene. Despite efforts to rush the third victim to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Jammu, the injuries proved fatal, leading to their untimely demise during transit.

Police have identified the deceased as residents of Doda district and have apprehended the truck driver responsible for the accident. Legal action has been initiated against the driver as authorities launch an investigation into the matter.

This tragic incident serves as a somber reminder of the importance of road safety measures and responsible driving practices. Authorities urge all road users to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations to prevent such devastating accidents in the future.
