Technologically advanced, clean, on time, says PM Modi at MP’s Rani Kamlapati railway station

PM Narendra Modi flagged off the Bhopal-New Delhi Vande Bharat train at Madhya Pradesh’s Rani Kamlapati railway station on Saturday.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw were also present. Between Rani Kamlapati and Hazrat Nizamuddin, the Vande Bharat Express will run.

During the flag-off ceremony, PM Modi said that the Vande Bharat Express train exemplifies our nation’s skill, potential, and confidence. He claimed that Vande Bharat trains are completely full and that they are technologically advanced, clean, and on time.

“Previous governments were busy with public appeasement,” he said, referring to Congress. However, this government is committed to meeting people’s needs and aspirations.

PM Modi also expressed deep sorrow over the Indore temple stepwell collapse, which claimed the lives of 36 people.

He said “I express my grief over the incident that happened on Ram Navami in Indore. I pay tribute to those who lost their lives in this accident. I express my condolences to the kin of those devotees who have been injured and are undergoing treatment in the hospital. I wish a speedy recovery to them.”

PM Modi also met with students and train crew on board the Bhopal-New Delhi Vande Bharat at Rani Kamlapati railway station.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal to flag off the Vande Bharat Express train and attend the Combined Commanders’ Conference-2023.
