Swine flu has made an appearance in the Fatehabad district of Haryana. A youth who recently returned from Canada in the Bhattu area of the district has exhibited symptoms of swine flu. Currently, the 22-year-old is undergoing treatment in Hisar, while the health department has already issued advisories regarding swine flu.
As per information, the young man, a resident of a village in the Bhattu region of Fatehabad, had recently returned from Canada. Upon falling ill, he was admitted to a private hospital in Hisar. His test reports confirmed swine flu positivity. However, the youth’s condition is currently stable. The health department is now administering influenza vaccines to healthcare professionals serving in the swine flu isolation ward.
