Suspect arrested in 2021 Gurugram quadruple homicide

A man has been arrested and taken into police custody in connection with a quadruple homicide that took place in Gurugram in 2021, according to local law enforcement. The suspect, Anand Yadav, is the son of the primary accused, Rao Rai Singh. Nuh Superintendent of Police Varun Singla announced the arrest on Saturday. Yadav appeared in court and was subsequently placed under a two-day police remand. He faces charges of alleged criminal conspiracy in the case. “Anand Yadav has been arrested on the basis of evidence, including circumstantial evidence in the case,” Singla stated. The brutal murders occurred on August 23, 2021, when Rao Rai Singh allegedly hacked to death three members of his tenant’s family and his own daughter-in-law.
