Supreme Court Collegium Recommended Transfer Of High Court Judges

The Supreme Court Collegium bench comprising of Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B R Gavai and Justice Surya Kant in its meeting held on August 03, 2023 recommended the names for transfer of High Court Judges.

Justice Munnuri Laxman from High Court of Telangana to the Rajasthan High Court
Justice M Sudheer Kumar from High Court of Telangana to the Madras High Court.
Justice C Sumalatha High Court of Telangana to the Gujarat High Court.

Justice Madhuresh Prasad from High Court of Patna to the Calcutta High Court
Karnataka High Court
Justice Narendar G from High Court of Karnataka to the Orissa High Court.
