Student injured in hit-and-run, teen driver booked

MUMBAI : A 16-year-old Wilson College student, Arham Gandhi, suffered serious injuries in a Vashi sector 17 hit-and-run incident. The 19-year-old driver responsible has been booked, but no arrests have been made. Arham’s friends noted the car’s number plate, and the accused driver has been summoned to appear in court at a later date. Arham’s father expressed concern about the accused’s high-speed driving in a narrow inner Vashi lane. The case is under investigation, and Arham’s family has requested access to CCTV footage of the accident.
